Troughed Idler Set (ZhG)

A troughed idler set (ZhG) supports the upper, loaded run of the belt and gives it a trough shape for higher capacity. It usually consists of three rollers mounted on a bracket at an angle to one another.
The trough angle (20°, 30°, 45°) and roller length are matched to the belt width. We manufacture troughed idler sets to customer drawings.
